Rock Mosque is located approximately 315 m northeast of Oymataş village, which is within the borders of Batman city center. Oymataş village is located 14 km southwest from Batman center by bird flight.

Extending in an east-west direction, the rock mosque consists of a front entrance room and a sanctuary. The entrance to the front entrance room, which has a square plan, is provided by the south-facing entrance. To the east of the front entrance room is the sanctuary, which has a rectangular plan. There are two niches on the western wall of the sanctuary, two ventilation shafts, a niche, pulpit and mihrab on the south wall. The rock mosque, which was exposed to destruction, is used as a warehouse today.
