The mosque is located in the north of the village of Fuel, which is about 20 km southeast of the city center of Batman, and in the northeast of the Seyit Hasan zaviye, which is located in an area of approximately 122 square meters. Since there is no inscription, it is not known when and by whom it was built.
The mosque, arranged in the 'L' plan scheme, in the south of the rectangular planned courtyard, consists of two spaces. In the northern part, there is the sanctuary, which is organized as a place of worship, and in the western part, there is the place where religious education, dhikr and worship are held. The mosque, which does not have a minaret or a pulpit, is covered with a flat roof supported by wooden beams.
The sanctuary is in an east-west direction, with a transverse rectangular plan. There is a protruding mihrab niche in the middle of the qibla wall of the sanctuary, and a rectangular window opening on the east and west of the mihrab.
There are two window openings on the western wall of the sanctuary. There is an entrance door to the courtyard and two window openings on the northern façade of the sanctuary. The place to the west of the sanctuary has a rectangular plan in the north-south direction. There is a mihrab niche on the south façade and two window openings on the west façade. The space that opens to the courtyard is used as a warehouse today.
There are toilets in the southeast corner of the courtyard, where the places of worship are located in the north and west sections, and fountains and seats are located on the exterior wall of the west section to meet the need for ablution. It is understood that the building, in which rubble stone was used as the construction material, underwent repairs using different materials in the following periods.
