The church is located 2km south of Çiçekli village of Gercüş district of Batman province. Çiçekli village is located 56km southeast of Batman city center and 24km northeast of Gercüş district center.

The church, located on a rectangular area measuring 13.60 m east-west and 7.70 m north-south, was built as a single nave. The entrance to the church is on the south. The naos area has a rectangular plan. To the east of the naos there is an apse made in a half-round shape. The apse part protrudes outward. There is a niche on the south wall of the apse. The general traces and wall remains of the church, whose upper cover was completely destroyed, remained today. There is destruction in the church, where cut stone, rubble stone and cas mortar were used in its construction. Around the church, settlements that were completely destroyed and traces of their foundations were observed.
