The church is located on the mound in the center of Yenipınar (Keverzo) village in the Beşiri district of Batman province. Yenipınar village is located 20km southeast of Batman city center and 17km south of Beşiri town centre.

It is understood from the remaining traces that the top cover of the church with a rectangular plan and three naves, measuring 16.70m x 11.65m in east-west direction, was vaulted. It is observed that most of the materials belonging to the church, which were used in the construction of limestone, basalt, marble and cas mortar, were collected and used in the foundations of the houses in the vicinity, on the thresholds of the doors and on the stair steps.

The church on the mound has been severely damaged.
