Meşti Valley is located within the borders of Tepebaşı village of Hasankeyf district in Batman province. The valley is located 3.5 km southwest of Hasankeyf center and 3.50 km northeast of Tepebaşı village.
Rock Masjid is located on the eastern slope of the Meşti Valley. The entrance to the mosque is from the north. The rectangular planned masjid in the east-west direction consists of a single space. There are niches used as shelves on the east and north interior walls of the masjid, where the mihrab niche is located on the south wall.
