The bath structure, known as 'Kubıko' by the local people, is located on the Eski Hastane Street in the Yeni Mahalle locality of the Kozluk district of Batman province.

The building, oriented east-west, has a rectangular plan. The hammam measures 6.00X14.00m and its height protected from the ground is 3.00m. The thickness of the walls surrounding the bath is 1.10 m. Bath structures are named according to the formation of the spaces around their temperatures.

The entrance to the bath is provided by an arched entrance opening in the south of the building. The bath probably consists of three parts: dressing room, warm room and hot room. The hot section in the east is covered with a dome, and the transitions to the dome are provided to the pendentives. There is a bright lighthouse at the top of the dome. There are 2 niches on the south wall, and water flows through the pipes in these niches. The distribution of water in the bath is provided by pipes placed inside the walls. It is known that the niches in the north and east walls were made to put oil lamps or lanterns.

The warm room in the middle axis of the bath is covered with a barrel vault, and the entrance to the building is provided from here. Warmth is one of the main parts of the bath that provides a transition to warmth. Access to the east and west sections from this section is provided by iwans. There are two niches with pointed arches on the iwan in the north.

The dressing room in the western section has been largely destroyed. Only the basic remains of this section have survived to the present day.

Rubble stone was mainly used in the building, and it was also plastered with cas mortar, which is frequently seen in the region.
