The residence is located within the borders of Geyikli (Mangic) village of Kozluk district of Batman province. Geyikli village is located 5.6 km northwest of Kozluk district.

The three-storey house is placed on an uneven ground. The lower floor is used as a barn and has a courtyard. There are two entrances to the south of the barn that provide access to the barn. The barn consists of four sections and these sections are rectangular in plan.

The entrance to the 2nd floor faces west. This entrance is rectangular in shape with a wooden lintel. This floor consists of four rooms and these rooms are rectangular in north-south direction and are used as barns today. There are window openings in the south of these rooms. In the westernmost room, there is a hearth niche.

The 3rd floor has a rectangular planned courtyard. The courtyard is accessed through a rectangular door with a wooden lintel on the east. The entrance to the dwelling is in the west and has a rectangular form. In addition, the residence is accessed from the northwest by a rectangular door. This residence has six rooms and access to the rooms is through rectangular doors. There are window openings and niches in the rooms. The top cover is ribbed and made with soil in the form of a flat roof. Rubble stone, cut stone and cas mortar were used in the building. Some parts of the third floor have been repaired in accordance with the present.
