The residence is located in İncirli village, which is 43 km southeast of Batman city center and 13.35 km east of Hasankeyf district centre. The building, which is terraced on the rocky ground, has an “L” plan and is arranged as two floors. The masonry stone-walled building is supported by wooden beams and covered with a flat earthen roof. The connection to the second floor is provided by stairs with stone steps.

ground floor; It consists of an iwan and two spaces placed in the eastern and southern parts of the iwan. The second floor is reached by stairs with stone steps on the west of the iwan. The flat roof of the iwan on the west of the building is arranged as the terrace of the second floor. The second floor consists of a hall to the east of the terrace and two spaces to the south and west of the hall. Cut stone and cas mortar were used as construction materials.

Although the lower floor of the house preserves its original architectural feature, the upper floor has lost its authenticity with the repairs made in the later periods.
