The residence is located in the Sêrêşênê neighborhood of Kaleyolu (Bozıkan) village in the Sason district of Batman province. Kaleyolu village is located 90km northeast of Batman city center and 24km north of Sason district center.

The building, which was placed on a sloping land in the masonry technique, has three floors and a flat earthen roof. There is a different entrance door for each floor on the eastern façade of the building, which has no connection between the floors. In the building, the ground floor is arranged as a barn and the upper floors are arranged as living spaces.

The ground floor, which is used as a barn, consists of two rectangular sections. Just south of the ground floor, there is a rectangular-planned barn covered with a metal roof. The second and third floors, which are used as living spaces, consist of a hall and two rooms with the same plan. Cut stone, rubble stone and earth mortar were used in the construction of the house, and the top of the house was covered with a metal roof in the later period.
