The residence is located in Gürgenli village, which is located 5.50 km northwest of Sason district, Batman province.

The building, which was built in masonry technique on a sloping ground, was arranged in a rectangular plan and three floors. Cut stone, rubble stone and earth mortar are used as building materials and the top of the house is covered with a flat roof supported by wooden beams.

The ground floor of the building, arranged as a barn, consists of two spaces. While there are mangers in the north of the western room, there are window openings on the south façade of both rooms. The second and third floors, which are used as living spaces in the building, have the same plan feature. Each floor consists of two rectangular planned rooms in the north-south direction. There are niches used as cabinets and shelves on the facade walls of the spaces, and window openings that open to the outside.
