The residence is located in Tepebaşı village (Gundediyer), 7.40 km southwest of Hasankeyf district center in Batman province. The building, which was built on a rocky ground, was placed on a rectangular area in the north-south direction. The building, which opens to a rectangular courtyard, is arranged as two floors. The ground floor was used as a barn and the second floor was used as a living area.

The space on the ground floor has a rectangular plan and is covered with wooden beams. The second floor, which is used as a living area, consists of two parts. The top cover and the walls of the entrance section in the west wing have been destroyed and its architectural features cannot be understood. The second room is located on the east wing of the building. There are window openings with round niches on the north and west walls of the space.
