The house is located in the center of Yolağzı village of Gercüş district. Yolağzı village is located 45km southeast of Batman center and 5.65km southwest of Gercüş district center.

The rectangular planned, cloistered, two-storey building in the north of the cloistered courtyard has a cradle vault and a flat earthen roof (Picture 1). (Picture 2) The connection to the upper floor is provided by stairs with stone steps on the west of the portico section.

The courtyard, whose main entrance is in the south, has a portico with two arches in the north. East-west oriented, rectangular planned and barrel-vaulted portico; Access to the spaces thought to be used as barns, cellars or warehouses is provided (Picture 3). On the ground floor; There are three vaulted, rectangular-planned spaces, two of which are east-west oriented and one is north-south oriented. The second floor, which is used as the main living area; It consists of two interconnected spaces placed to the east of the terrace (Picture 4). In the southern part of the building, there is the rectangular planned and barrel vaulted main space used as living, guest and bedroom (Picture 5).

The stone decorations on the south exterior wall of the building, in which smooth cut stone, rubble stone and cas mortar were used, are striking. The rectangular windows placed in arched niches are made in the form of a sliced ​​arch. There is a rosette in relief form under the arches and a drop motif between the arches. There is a floral motif strip on the top of the façade.
