Illustrated Rock Shelter No. 2 is located around Nis Hill, located 2.00km west of Kumluca (Mirdese) village, within the borders of Hasankeyf district of Batman province, and south of the Tigris River. Kumluca village is located 21km southeast of Batman city center and 13.55km west of Hasankeyf town centre.

A total of two illustrated rock shelters were found in the area. The illustrated section depicted in the rock shelter has an average width of 12.00m and a height of 2.50m. The depictions in this rock shelter belong specifically to a hunting scene. Among the depictions, human figures shooting arrows, holding spears and trying to catch an animal are seen. The depiction of human figures in this way is an indication that they divide the work among themselves. Among the animals depicted in the rock shelter, there are figures of mountain goat, bull (?), horse (?), a six-legged animal, scorpion (?), dog (?) and pig. Since the animals are depicted in a evasive way in the composition, it gives a movement and realism to the composition. Apart from this, two sun motifs (?) related to nature are also seen. It probably indicates that the hunting scene took place during the daytime. In addition, circular motifs and dot decorations are also present in the composition.
