The rock houses are located in the rocky area known as Koska caves, 2.35km southeast of Oymataş village within the borders of Batman city centre, 2.30km west of Batman University West Raman campus, 1km east of Kale Arno.

During the studies carried out in the area, 3 rock dwellings consisting of a single space were identified. One of the counts was formed by the correction of a natural rock shelter. The rock dwellings are generally rectangular in plan and their entrances are located in the southwest. There is a platform made of stones to create a flat area in front of the rock dwellings.

Inside the rock dwellings, there are animal mooring places, niches, ventilation shafts, oil lamp niches and water troughs for water disposal above the house entrance. In addition to natural and human destructions, there are destructions caused by chemical activities in rock dwellings.
