Mevlana Mosque is located in the district center of Hasankeyf in Batman province, southwest of the Lower City.

Since the building, which is thought to belong to the late period, does not have an inscription, it is not known when and by whom it was built. The building, which has lost much of its original structure with concrete repairs, consists of a courtyard, a pool and a miniature portico.

The mosque located in the southern part of the rectangular planned courtyard; It has a transverse rectangular plan and consists of a single nave. There is a mihrab niche measuring 7.95 m x 3.76 m in east-west direction, with a width of 0.75 m, a depth of 0.47 m, and a height of 2.10 m on the south wall of the rectangular planned prayer hall, and a window opening on the east and west facades. In the northern part of the prayer hall, there is a cradle-vaulted portico with a rectangular plan of 8.05m x 3.50m, arranged as the narthex. The mosque was reopened for worship after the repairs.
