Located at the western end of the rocky hill to the south of Hasankeyf, in the Şaabık District, the Chapel Church, which was carved into the rock, is estimated to belong to IV-V. centuries. It must have continued to be used by Christians during the period of Islamic domination.

The church, which consists of two parts, has a rectangular plan in the north-south direction. The main space has a square plan measuring 3.75m x 3.90m. The round-arched entrance in the west direction has been largely destroyed. Along with the apse, it has three parallel niches. The apse niche measures 2.65m x 3.45m and has a depth of 0.87m. To the north of the main room, there is a second room measuring 2.20m x 2.90m. Except for a large cross carved into the rock, no architectural decorations were found in the apse niche.
